After approximately 30 minutes she sought me out and went over several recommendations from the tech. When the servicing was completed she again sought me out to tell me the car was ready to go. More

They provide frequent updates by phone for longer service engagements and explain the work clearly (I am not knowledgeable about cars so this help a lot). The work/service has always been detailed and complete. I have tried two other Hyundai service shops during this time but have felt pressed for "add on" sales that I was not sure were necessary and have had lower quality customer service experiences. I will remain with Boucher. I had worked with Randy almost exclusively the past couple of years and have always been over the top satisfied. Happy to say this time I worked with John and Dan for the first time and had just as great of an experience. That consistency in customer service is golden. More

From the moment I walked in a was paired (upon request) with a salesperson who was not sales pitchy or high pressure. They offered an extended test drive to save me money from renting after a total loss accident, which allowed me to take my time in deciding what I wanted to do. Months after purchasing, they continue to provide a high level of customer service...the same level as when I walked in like most dealerships that only treat you well until you sign on the dotted line. I will be returning to Boucher Hyundai for my next purchase. More

Unsatisfactory Went in for an oil change, tire rotation, and get a tire patched. Picked up the car after service and the tire was still leaking and the tires were not rotated, but I was charged for both. Had to take my car back in two days later to get the tire repstched and my tires rotated. Just not a trustworthy shop. I won't be back or purchase another vehicle from Boucher. More

A few days after we got it, I called to inquire about an extended warranty. Called and left messages and nobody ever called back. When we came to pick up our new Santa Fe, we found a small chip in the paint on the passenger door. Our sales team, Nick and Andy, said they would order some touch up paint and mail it to us since we live 60 miles away, and include some gas cards for our troubles. After we didn't receive anything after a month I called & left a message inquiring about the paint. No response. Called again and left another message. No response. Called again & explained to the receptionist what was going on. She was going to have someone call back that day. 3 days later, still no response. Called and finally talked with another sales manager and explained the situation. He said he will find out what is up and call back to let me know. Guess what, NO CALL BACK! A few more days go by and I call again, he checks and the paint is there. He texts the tracking number and says it will be shipped next day air. He fails to say he shipped it needing an Adult Signature ( 21 or older ). My wife and I both work during the day and are not home to sign for the package. My 19 year old son can't sign because he is not old enough. Had to have FedEx drop the package at a Walgreens 30 miles away and pick it up there. Haven't tried the paint yet, but wouldn't be surprised if it is the wrong color. He did ship the gas cards which was nice, but the nearest gas station is 30 miles away. Go figure..... More
