Exceptional Service Earlier in March 2018, my wife and I found out she was in need of a new vehicle. Everything you’ve ever heard about with the car-buying process, forget about it. Kevin was very patient, not once pushy, always available via email or text, and always putting our interests first throughout our whole interaction. We got my wife into a 2018 Kona Ultimate (lease) and it couldn’t have been any easier. Side note: we love the Kona, our first personal experience with Hyundai and we’re thrilled. He answered all of my wife’s questions, never once made her feel dumb, and made sure she knew she was making the decision she would feel most comfortable with. I’m thrilled for her, and I’m thrilled she’s also in a safe vehicle now too. Fast forward 2 weeks after the above interaction and I found myself heavily considering moving into a new vehicle myself. Much like the our searching bringing us to decide on a Kona, my search had finally fallen on a VW GTI. I had remembered Kevin mentioning that he could help facilitate the sale of a vehicle (so long as it wasn’t Honda, Toyota, or Subaru) and immediately contacted him once more. He helped coordinate everything between partnering with another Boucher dealer to get a car brought over for a test drive and was with me throughout the entire buying process up until now and I’m a proud owner of a 2018 GTI (and I still can’t believe it).
