I researched the Sante Fe and found it to have better safety, reliability and warranty reviews than most other vehicles on the market. Our initial visit to Boucher Hyundai Waukesha was to test drive a few different vehicles. We settled on the Sante Fe Sport. We worked with Brad Siewert to get the information needed. Our second visit was earlier this week. We decided to geat serious about a purchase so sales manager Nick told us he would make us a deal that would knock our socks off. Long story short is that we negotiated a price and terms that met our needs. We haven't had the vehicle long enough to make a fair assessment yet but I'm expecting that we will love it for a very long time. Brad did an outstanding job providing all of the information we needed without pressuring us in any way. Nick held up his end of the bargain by getting us the price that we had in mind. Win-Win!! More

Love my car I called Fawn Delaney at Boucher Hyundai and told her that I was in the market for a new car. She asked what I was looking and I told her I wanted a car that would hold my bicycle without having to take it apart. She then asked me what other features I was interested in. After talking for awhile we decided that the Santa Fe sport would fit my needs. When I went to the dealership the first thing we did was to make sure my bike would fit. It fit fine so then we went for a test ride. The car rides great so it was then just a matter of sitting down and finding my car. We found my car and I love it. This is the 4th car my family has got from Fawn and Boucher. I know there will be more in the future. I highly recommend Fawn she is great to work and and she makes sure. that you get the right car for you. More

The price of 2016 Hyundai elantra jumped up roughly $1500 over a couple days due to "changes in demand". Despite not having a quote, this seemed shady. However, the salesman assured me the original price I saw online would be honored. I do not blame the salesman for this situation, and recognize his integrity, as he is unlikely to be involved with the online price listings. My only disappointment is customer service. Boucher tried to sell double coverage on roadside assistance (which Hyundai already provides for 5 years with all new cars). Had I not done my research, I would have bought double coverage. A dealer should inform customers of potential pitfalls, like this. More

The part of the experience that I liked least was that it took a while for me to be greeted when I entered. I actually felt like there should be someone there to talk with upon entering the building. Also, at the end of the deal, I had to meet with two additional individuals who were too pushy (for my liking) about taking out a loan and getting additional warranties. That was my least enjoyable part of the experience at Boucher Hyundai. I would definitely recommend John in the future. Thanks! More

Our biggest problem was that the car did not start the next morning in our garage. The car did not start that previous night at the dealership, but were assured that it was simply a matter of the lights begin left on, which drained the battery. Initially Boucher wanted us to contact the towing service, but this was not satisfactory to us. IN the end they came out and picked up the car and left us a loaner. We feel this should have been the initial solution. Since then, there have been no further problems. Chris Baker was very helpful in helping us get the car we wanted. We contact him through the internet site. More
