Seems like every minor thing my car is in for takes a week even with an appointment. The last time it was in, I had a check engine light on. They reset the check engine light fora cooling issue but didn’ week even with an appointment. The last time it was in, I had a check engine light on. They reset the check engine light fora cooling issue but didn’t do any actual fix. So a week later when I took the car it home it had the same problem. When I dropped it back off, they said they couldn’t fix it because there was no check engine light on… They ended up with the car for a week and a half before the light came back on and they finally fixed it. Also, they gave me the car back with antifreeze all over the engine bay. It smelled like my car had blown a head gasket every time I drove it for the next two weeks. More
Horrible experience, I was asked to pay for parts and I did. Has had multiple subsequent request to pay again and they don’t seem to have a system of verification to check if it was paid already or don’t k did. Eventually I was told that the part is now in stock and being painted only to be told in a week or so it is in back order. My care rent coverage eventually expired and was forced to pay out of pocket for rentals due to undue delay. Communication over the phone was very unprofessional as well. I must say, my care was eventually fixed and that part was satisfactory but the process of getting there was draining and unexpectedly tedious. More
