I noticed that the car I had been interested in was in stock. Having already test drove a Hyundai Tuscon I just needed confirmation that this was the right fit. They always explain things, the app makes tracking of needed maintenance and Jeremy was a great write up technician! Keep me informed of anticipated times when delayed. needed maintenance and Jeremy was a great write up technician! Keep me informed of anticipated times when delayed. More

Was really happy that Dan Doble was able to ‘work me in’ to the schedule …as there was a problem with the suspension (front noise) and another location Guesstimated that it was a More significant problem t to the schedule …as there was a problem with the suspension (front noise) and another location Guesstimated that it was a More significant problem than it was. Bad experience with oil change. Almost ruined my engine. No guarantee they didn’t. Also told tow truck driver not to tell me they did something wrong. Think I’m an idiot? I think la Almost ruined my engine. No guarantee they didn’t. Also told tow truck driver not to tell me they did something wrong. Think I’m an idiot? I think lack of follow through, double checking on car before I drove away was irresponsible. It was leaking the whole way home. All night, all next day driving. Then told me they picked it up and delivered a rental, fixed the problem NO CHARGE to me. Are you even kidding me? More
I would not go there for any service unless you want to be blatantly overcharged. I was really hoping they would make their mistake right and I could build a relationship with the dealership. Instead, they be blatantly overcharged. I was really hoping they would make their mistake right and I could build a relationship with the dealership. Instead, they overcharged me and lied about pricing continuously. My experience started with my last Hyundai blowing up, and after calling around and being told they wouldn't be able to give me any loaners, they pressured me into buying a car by 12/31 because they could apparently only give me a good deal before that day... SCUMMY They gave me an ACCEPTABLE AT BEST rate for my RECALLED CAR, and I am sure turn around and sold it weeks later despite telling me it would take 5 months to get an engine replacement. They proceeded to overcharge me for the car I bought from them. Upon buying the car I was promised two keys. Upon delivery I was given one, and said I could just come back to get the other key later. Fast forward a year they claim to have no record of this, and charged me over $600 for a scratched key fob. I sat in the waiting room being told it is almost done for two hours before they pulled my unwashed car (they asked if I would like it washed). Not only did they upcharge me for EVERYTHING, I got home to learn the oil change I was overcharged for, not only was missing a sticker, but wasn't tightened enough, so I now have a puddle of oil under my car. I was given an estimate of under $200, and 5 hours of sitting in the waiting room later, was given a bill for nearly $700, that is not how estimates work. I have tried reaching out to Himmy, but he just said "sorry buddy, I tried", as well as the service manager to no response. I eventually called corporate. I planned on buying another car from here, but after talking with Hyundai West Allis and Amato Hyundai of Glendale, I will be taking my business elsewhere. Overall, a scummy dealership that WILL take advantage at every opportunity. My problem doesn't stem from Himmy or Alex, however, they were the couriers of terrible service, policy, and decision making. Update: Rob has reached out and fixed the oil change free of charge and offered a partial remedy to the key fob issue. More
