I was told that they were 3 weeks out on repairs but was very surprised when I got the call that it was finished in 3 days. Horrible service, many things not mentioned that is on MPI, after telling me my car was good nothing wrong, but thinks in red (attention acquired now). The dealership pretty much made up excuses for why things happen the way they did but still more issues. Won’t be coming back here for service. JR was very unprofessional. Yelled at us and walked out of his office because we were asking too many questions that we did not understand. We didn’t finance through the dealership so we were trying to understand the process. Sales Manager insulted us by saying we were combative since we walked in the door. We walked away from the deal.
