Very shiny and clean showroom and service department. I dealt with Alex for 9 weeks as I had a major warranty claim. His communication was regular and thorough. Car was in for factory recall. Since the fix the car has been back in 3 times with in 2 weeks. Got the car back and day later check engine light came on. Went in for a recall, an upgrade, 4 new tires and wheel alignment. We were checked in by a different associate because Thomas was not in yet. After checking in it took about 1 1/2 hours for Thomas to come alignment. We were checked in by a different associate because Thomas was not in yet. After checking in it took about 1 1/2 hours for Thomas to come talk to us to tell us you could not perform the recall and we have to come back. The appt was for the recall. We were then told about 2 hours later that only 3 tires came in when 4 were ordered. It took that long to let us know? Different tires had to get picked up from somewhere that was going to add time and cost more money. Not happy. After waiting at the dealership for 5 hours due to no rentals for us to use we had to pay more money because of the tires, had to make another appt for the recall. The update went smooth. This is the first time we had an unpleasant experience in being a customer for 10 years. We will work with Dan only moving forward. More
Alex’s communication was poor at best. The communication was absolutely terrible. I was never given a loaner vehicle like I was promised. Nobody would return my calls, and they had my car for 6 1/2 weeks. My car was recalled and upon inspection it was determined that a new part was needed which was not stocked. I was told it would take a week to get the new part and I would be contacted. 4 weeks later and I a that a new part was needed which was not stocked.
