The service manager was timely and helpful in his communications with me. In that regard, my experience was very good. However, the need for full brake replacements ~30k miles (or only 20k miles this communications with me. In that regard, my experience was very good. The service manager supposedly put his best guy on it this time, but I would expect that brakes - a routine maintenance item - shouldn't need the "best guy" in order to get a reasonable amount of miles. Spending a lot of unnecessary $. While it could be a factor, driving habits on my end are not enough to drive this issue. More

I was able to understand so much more about the vehicle from him. After getting a good trade-in for my old car, and an UNBELIEVABLE interest rate through the dealership, we financed with them.
