Came in for oil change, alignment and tire check, found a nail in tire they ordered a new tire that same day and replaced it. I asked if they had coupons? They applied it and pretty much satisfied. Having my Murano picked up at home and redelivered after an oil change and tire rotation was the best experience! The team, Kevin and Selena were very professional as well as prompt. The issue that I ha an oil change and tire rotation was the best experience! The team, Kevin and Selena were very professional as well as prompt. The issue that I have is my tire light was on when they picked it up. This indicator goes on when a tire has lost air. When it was returned, the tire light was still on. Unfortunately I did not check that when my vehicle was redelivered. When I went to run an errand an hour later, the light was still on. According to my receipt, the tire pressure was checked when the tire rotation was done. It was not. It was returned to me with the light still on. I went to n OIL CHANGE WHILE YOU WAIT place and the rear passenger was down to 27#. I checked today and the light is still off. I see this as a failure of Boucher Nissan Service Dept. More
