Sales and finance staff were very helpful and professional. However, since the car purchsed was really for my wife, she should have been included in all email correspondence. Also, when we picked up the car there was only a quarter tank of gas and no fluid in the windshield reservoir and no 2nd set of keys. After a phone call, we were told the keys and gas coupon would be sent in the mail. So, room for improvement obviously but in general it was a good car purchase experience. More

Was sold a used Nissan Murano for our son. Transmission failed and the car is worth scrap value. They still charge me hundred $150 for the diagnostic. We buy 2 new SUV's every 3 years.
