I was not greeted when I can in to drop my car off, but once I went to a service person they were very nice. I was told about an hour and went to the waiting area. Someone stopped to ask if I needed anything. My service was done is just over 30 minutes which was great. They explained the service to me and I was on my way. It would be nice if the desk area was a bit cleaner and nicer. It looked very tough and the chairs we not so clean. Overall great experience More
After having a complementary oil change done, the protective shield under my 2018 Murano came loose and was dragging on the ground. This caused the mounting tab on the shield to be worn out, where it mounts to the undercarriage.. After expressing my concerns to Mel Ehnert, the service manager at Boucher Nissan he replaced the plastic shield fasteners. Mel special ordered a new shield and fasteners at NO CHARGE to me. Mel went above and beyond ,making sure I was 100% satisfied. Mel, thank you again for making my Murano like new again. More
