I brought my, quiet, nicely running car in for an earlier than needed oil change in preparation for a winter road trip. I left in a car with a new rattle. Blaming it on cold weather, I drove away thinking it than needed oil change in preparation for a winter road trip. I left in a car with a new rattle. Blaming it on cold weather, I drove away thinking it would warm up. The rattle worsened in the next days. With my road trip <48 away, I stopped at my old, trustworthy mechanic. Have you (Boucher Nissan) found my missing gasket on your shop floor? He found that a gasket was missing. He could not replace this manufacturer's part on the spot however used tape and zip tie to quiet the rattle. He worked on my car for 45 minutes identifying the rattle and coming up with a solution. He charged me NOTHING for his time and improvised, working solution so I could go on my trip with piece of mind. More

Tommy was very helpful, he sent me a short video of the vehicle that I saw online that they just got. He let me know what was happening with the vehicle before I came there to look at it since it was a veh vehicle that I saw online that they just got. He let me know what was happening with the vehicle before I came there to look at it since it was a vehicle they just got and needed to be checked over and I was traveling a long distance. Once there he told me more about the vehicle and what they found after they inspected it. I took it for a test drive and it was nice but it was missing a few things that I wanted. When I got back he told me about another vehicle that they had which had more of the futures I was looking for and the price difference. I took out that vehicle and it was also nice too. I bought the vehicle and the whole process went well, Corey was very helpful and answered all my questions. More
