Brand It is only my second time coming here for an oil chance and the service is great! It’s a complete 180 from my old dealership when I had my GMC. Brand new terrain but it was essentially a lemon. Things went wrong left and right. The service department made me feel like I didn’t know what I was talking about and made it apparent that they were annoyed with me. It was an awful experience, especially when you were at their mercy to fix your vehicle. No heat during the winter and engine failure left me stranded as well. I am more than thrilled to say that my Nissan Murano is the exact opposite and I have had no problems in the year that I have had it. I am so happy with my decision to change vehicle and very happy I went to your delership to do so. The salesman that sold me my vehicle was also wonderful. Thank you for excellent service! More
