Despite showing up on a busy Saturday morning, Jose had me test driving a vehicle within 10 minutes. The entire process was pleasant - no pressure, no rude or condescending remarks. Both vehicles I tested were spotless and in excellent condition. They procured a lower interest loan than I was pre-approved for with my bank and everything went as expected. More

The initial visit was easy to set up and when I got there to test drive the vehicle of interest it was ready to go. After I indicated intent to buy, they (Mario) handled the next steps efficiently and stayed in close contact while we worked through the process. The only knock I have is that when I went to pick up the car it was discovered that my insurance company had not provided the information needed to complete the process. While I was still able to leave with the car (with dealer plates) I now have to go back to get my plates. This was avoidable and a bit of an inconvenience. Overall though, a good experience and I would do business with them again. More

I confirmed that their prices were among the lowest on several vehicles via Car Gurus so no going through all the negotiation was refreshing. Matt in financing was great as well.
