Bournes Volkswagen GTI I have never had a more pleasant buying experience in my life. When I walked into the dealership I was greated by Trey Hubbard who offered me a seat a I have never had a more pleasant buying experience in my life. When I walked into the dealership I was greated by Trey Hubbard who offered me a seat and some refreshments. I was coming in to look at a Volkswagen GTI that they had on the lot and when I brought that up to Trey he was very knowledgeable about GTI’s in general, but also about the one they specifically had. Trey offered to pull the car up and let me test drive it which I did take him up on. The next day I came back and took another look at the car, and after several complimentary Bags of cheezits, goldfish and cups of coffee I got to drive off happy as can be in my new GTI! Trey and the rest of the team made my experience here absolutely fantastic and I will certainly be returning here for business once the time comes! More

The test drive system made it very We entered the lot with a few cars in mind and they had the ones we would like to drive at the ready upon request. The test drive system made it very simple to try out different rides. We fell for a Nissan Altima and found later that a deposit was made on it the day prior...this stunk for about five minutes because we found an even better deal! It also shows that Bourne honors and abides by a great sales system and they stay true to their word. In conclusion the sales and finance team as well as management all shined today and we left very happy with our decision. More
