Excellent Car Buying Experience Buying a car is not a fun experience for me usually. But we were looking to purchase a car for our family to help with driving the kids around and ended up at Bourne - as I had purchased my first car there about 15 or so years ago. We worked with Tricia and she was extremely helpful. We had a budget we wanted to stay within and because our teenager daughter would be using the car primarily we had certain safety requirements. We stopped in on a Saturday morning and left a few hours later driving an excellent car for an excellent deal. There is no uncomfortable negotiation required because the sticker price is their best price and having friends in the car business we know this to be true. Tricia did her best to meet our requests and was more than helpful when we asked to bring around 6 or more cars for us to look at and drive! Thank you Bourne and thank you Tricia for your help! We love the car and feel confident that our kids will be safe driving it as well - and it fits nicely in our budget :) More

I found Bourne's on-line search engine really easy to navigate, and they were one of the few places that allowed the search to include safety features I wanted (really helpful, saved me tons of time!). I found the perfect car, at a great price, so I called to confirm it was still available. I got an immediate response from their receptionist confirming it was available. Once there, I worked with Trevon Hubbard, Sales Associate. Trevon was friendly, yet very professional, and super expedient all aspects of the car buying process. I especially appreciated that Trevon followed up with me between purchase and delivery about an issue with my insurance company. It was minor and easily resolved, but would have delayed delivery if not addressed ahead of time. Trevon had ready to go when I came to take delivery of the car, even though I arrived exactly at opening time Saturday morning. In summary, I am very impressed with Trevon and the whole Bourne’s Auto Center experience. I’ve had the car a month, and couldn’t be happier - really a great deal on a great car. I would absolutely not hesitate to recommend this dealership. More
