The car we were most interested in was at Bourne's, but they were closed on Sunday. I called Monday morning and spoke to Kenny, who was attentive and responsive. He had the car ready for me to drive within an hour that Monday morning, and I put a 48-hour hold on it so my daughter could come back and test drive it. She did so and decided to buy the car. She got a very good price for the low-mileage car, with a guaranteed carfax report. She had the car in her possession that same week, and Kenny took care of all the paperwork for her. He even removed a tacky gold pinstripe from the exterior, and gave her new floormats. I appreciated that Kenny treated my 21-year-old with respect, listened to her needs, and took care of everything behind the scenes so that she could have a good experience. Thank you Kenny! More
