Very Quick Helpful I had to drive an hour to look at the vehicle, but they were kind enough to bring it out front so that by the time I got there it was waiting for me. After the test drive, they tried to match or beat an APR that I had received from another source. Eventually after their eager search for the best price, they finally got it to a percentage that was very flattering. In conclusion, they were a very helpful staff that was very happily to aid me get the car I always wanted. Thanks again Bourne's Auto Center, I'll definitely look into you guys next time I'm out shopping for another vehicle. More

Not pleased with my level of service I just purchased a 2015 vehicle from Bourne's Auto Center. I felt that while the price of the vehicle was fair, I felt that the doc fee was higher th I just purchased a 2015 vehicle from Bourne's Auto Center. I felt that while the price of the vehicle was fair, I felt that the doc fee was higher than normal. While I was promised that my vehicle would be detailed, it was dirty, a food wrapper left in the console and had almost no gas in it when I left the lot. This left me with a sad experience of what should have been a happy one. We were also under the impression that it would be inspected, and this was also not done. It's the little things that don't cost all that much that makes a customer happy. I therefore will not recommend this dealership to my friends or family because buying a car is a big deal, and this was my first purchase in 11 years. I left feeling deflated, and at the gas station so I could get home. More
