Their word and a hand shake is a deal, but they will put in writing . Carlos in finance was amazing the whole way through. Mike in service, can't say enough. Not to forget John my salesman. Not pushy,or calling my phone every hour. Very available. This place is squared away. Doing right by customers all day long. I will write a more expensive review but don't be afraid to shop here. They do sooo much business they don't need to set a hook to get you to buy. Glad to have found them. More
Had a couple bumps at th service department When I purchased my car at Bourne's I knew that I made the right decision. They did everything they could to recondition the car to my satisfaction an When I purchased my car at Bourne's I knew that I made the right decision. They did everything they could to recondition the car to my satisfaction and they even offered an extended warranty program that I gladly purchased. Since then my car has been in service multiple times, gladly taking advantage of the extended warranty that I purchased, and recommend purchasing. Recently I had an issue with some damage that wasn't there before I brought the car in, but the manager did everything he could to make sure the situation was corrected and that I was kept a satisfied customer. Once again, they have excellent customer service and I'm so glad that they care so much about their customers. I will continue to be bringing the car in for repairs through the warranty and beyond. More
A Hidden Gem! We have been shopping around for a Cadillac SRX. We have visited a couple Cadillac dealers as well as some used car dealers. Like everyone we had a pr We have been shopping around for a Cadillac SRX. We have visited a couple Cadillac dealers as well as some used car dealers. Like everyone we had a price in mind that we were comfortable with paying. We saw on the Bourne website they had a couple SRX's. We had been to another dealership earlier in the day and decided to swing by Bourne on our way home. BEST DECISION WE COULD HAVE MADE! We drove on to the lot and business was BOOMING, which we felt was a good sign. Tons of cars. We spotted one of the SRX's and looked it over. What a pleasure to have the price and mileage posted on the windshield. We walked the lot taking note of some other models we might want to consider and then made our way inside to the showroom to speak with a salesperson. We were promptly greeted by 2 young ladies at the front desk and immediately introduced to smiling Jose Garcia. Jose could give lessons to other car salespeople. Friendly but not fake or over the top, knowledgeable, and respected our time and got right down to work with us. We drove the SRX and met back with Jose, he explained our option of putting a deposit down to secure the car, which we did, just to give us a little time to be sure. We walked around the lot a bit more and any staff member we came across was smiling, pleasant, said "hello", just gave us a good vibe about Bourne. We moved forward with the purchase and in all my years of purchasing cars, NEVER have I had a salesperson like Jose, who noted the questions we had about the car and the few issues, we had a email the next morning with answers to ALL our questions as well as a menu from Shawn in the finance department outlining our options for additional coverage. We asked Jose if we could finalize the sale and pick up the car the next day. "of course, no problem" was his response. He touched base with me through out the day confirming that he somehow managed to get the extra key we requested made and had the car detailed. We live about 40 minutes away and I work till 5. Again "no problem" said Jose, he'll be there and car will be ready. We arrived, again greeted warmly and showroom was busy but Jose made eye contact, waved to us and said he would be right with us. Waited just a few minutes Jose took us to Dave Olson, yet another friendly, professional, he had our file, went thru all the details with us, BOOM we were back with Jose, who had put our plates we had brought with us on our new car, took us outside and walked thru the car with us an made sure we were happy and comfortable, WHICH WE WERE!! My husband spotted a coupe in the lot which he liked the look of and inquired about it to Jose, even though it was after 7:00 p.m. (posted closing time) he brought us back inside to his desk printed the info sheet and car fax and said if we liked we could take the car out for a drive. We thanked him and said we would look over the info sheet and contact him to schedule a time to come back. All in all a WONDERFUL experience. WE WILL BE BACK! Thank you Jose! More

Car buying as it should be! Let me qualify my statement by saying that I have been buying cars for over 40 years. As with most car buyers, I have learned to dread the process. Someone has finally made shopping for a car pleasurable. I was helped through the process by Kenny Long. He was courteous and responsive to questions, emails, and phone calls. It starts with a test drive that you get to take with out a sales person talking in your ear the entire time. The first time I went in, there were three cars that I wanted to drive. After I drove one the next was ready to go. I am someone that likes to sleep on a decision so when I was ready to leave I expected the usual, "What do I have to do to get you in a car today" speech, but there was none. I made a trip to another dealer the next day but got the usual treatment of high pressure and persistent phone calls (it was the end of the month-quota time). I smartened up and went back to see Kenny. This time I drove a completely different vehicle but enjoyed the same courteous treatment. No pressure, No hassle, test drive by my self. I really liked the car but it had quite a few deep scratches and small dents on three of 4 corners, and the back bumper. Kenny, a delivery manager, and myself reviewed the car and they told me they could fix all of the issues. The good part is that I did not have to buy the car for them to do that. I put down a small refundable deposit and was able to wait and inspect the repairs before I would have to agree to buy the car. End result, they did a very good job repairing the cosmetic damage and I bought the car. Now of course, I was expecting the business end to be the usual hassle of what extra can we sell you, but it never came. Instead, I was told what was available and the decision was left to me. Do yourself a favor and give Bourne's a try when you are looking for your next slightly used car. Speaking from experience, you will not regret it. Ask for Kenny, he was great to work with. More

We stumbled upon this dealer after searching the area for a manual Ford Focus ST - when we arrived the place was jammin' and was a little overwhelming We stumbled upon this dealer after searching the area for a manual Ford Focus ST - when we arrived the place was jammin' and was a little overwhelming - seemed chaotic at first with all the people there, but we were taken in right away, and the car we came to see was zipped right over from their storage lot. We knew we were buying the car as soon as the test drive started, but had some concerns about some issues on the body. We were prepared to haggle, since we are not new to the idea of used-car dealerships, but Jose nipped that in the bud real quick and told us absolutely everything would be handled. As an uncompromising consumer, and a complete pain in the arse girlfriend to a very patient man, this was excellent news. No haggling, no fussing, just good old fashioned customer service. My blood pressure stayed low, and my boyfriend didn't leave with a headache - everyone's a winner. Carlos was a gem, zipped right through all the boring stuff, and explained what went over our heads, and Jose took time to answer any questions we had all while turning and burning a good bunch of President's Day car buyers. This was for SURE my best car buying experience, and it wasn't even for me. I am very thankful for Google, and would tell ANYONE to hop in whatever they are driving at this point and go pay them a visit, you'll be glad you did. More
