They let me test drive it on my own for as long as I wanted. I ended up putting a deposit down on the car, and they held it for me for an entire week without a problem. I went back the following week to purchase the car, and it really was no hassle at all. Jake was very friendly and helpful and knew a lot about the car I was buying. Carlos was very helpful explaining all the numbers to me and ran multiple payment plans so that I could see what would work best for me. He suggested that I go with the extended warranty due to the high mileage on the car. I was hesitant, but went along with it anyway. I am extremely glad I did. last month, my car started having a loud ticking noise from the engine compartment. I called to see if it was possible to have it looked at. The serviceman, Paul Sandler, insisted I bring the car in to be looked at. free of charge. They found that the car needed a lot more than initially expected. Paul worked with the extended warranty company and was able to have over $4,000 covered for the repairs, and on top of that, he got me a rental car at no charge! Words cant describe how impressed I am by the courtesy and professionalism they have shown. From start to finish, the team at Bournes has been amazing!
