We worked with him over the phone and through email prior to our purchasing visit, since we live about an hour away, and it was clear he was going to do everything he could to find us the perfect fit. So so helpful to have someone invested in your search alongside you! Alyssa worked with Jake to set up test drives and helping scout out our options. Very friendly and super helpful! Shawn made the financing process very easy, and made us and our (somewhat impatient) 5 year old very comfortable throughout the paperwork process.
