He suggested that I go with the extended warranty due to the high mileage on the car. I was hesitant, but went along with it anyway. I am extremely glad I did. last month, my car started having a loud ticking noise from the engine compartment. I called to see if it was possible to have it looked at. The serviceman, Paul Sandler, insisted I bring the car in to be looked at. free of charge. They found that the car needed a lot more than initially expected. Paul worked with the extended warranty company and was able to have over $4,000 covered for the repairs, and on top of that, he got me a rental car at no charge! Words cant describe how impressed I am by the courtesy and professionalism they have shown. From start to finish, the team at Bournes has been amazing! We could test drive the car with freedom, and even took the car to a mechanic to check it out, with their complete trust. Bournes could not have been more accommodating! We bought the car and it has been a gem, the whole family loves it! By the way...that lower priced car was a BMW, it was the best price around and it still is! One late, cold and windy evening-just before closing time...I discovered I had low tire pressure, so I drove it to service and they took care of it without question.
