Once zeroed in on Bourne as a potential dealer, I was pleased with the wide variety of selection and the condition of the vehicles on their website and subsequently on their lot. Upon arrival at the dealership while carrying a healthy case of New England skepticism, the sales rep Seng and Asst General Manager Andy were attentive and bottom-line honest. After purchasing the vehicle of my choosing, I returned with a couple issues that most dealers may have rejected. Bourne rapidly addressed all issues to my overwhelming satisfaction going "above and beyond" expectation. They earned my trust with their professionalism and responsive communication. More

Fantastic experience We were in the market for a car for my son who is 17. We were looking at a number of makes and ended up on Bourne's web site. My wife called the dealership and spoke to Amy who runs the internet site. She scheduled us in to meet with a salesman. We arrived on time and were immediately taken over to meet with Jake Nevens. Jake listened to us and made some recommendations and we drove a few different cars. We settled on a Lincoln MKZ, a safe very well made car and on the list as a car for a teenager. We were given a very fair trade in value for our Prius and we bought the car. Working with Carlos Machado in finance was very quick and painless. I highly recommend Bourne Auto Center. Excellent service, no pressure and a "whatever it takes" attitude. we picked up the car and it was spotless. I have a very happy son. More

Fantastic service I've purchased many cars over the years from Bourne auto and couldn't have had a better experience anywhere .. If there was an issue it was always tak I've purchased many cars over the years from Bourne auto and couldn't have had a better experience anywhere .. If there was an issue it was always taken care of without question... However my service experience with them this week was over the top good!! It's why I am happy I've developed the relationship with them.. In short my wife's infinity had a noise which they thought might be a wheel bearing problem.. As it turns out the noise was from a caliper problem and brake pads .. I authorized the work, it was completed but the noise persisted... As it turned out it was a bearing problem that required not only a wheel bearing but the axis was bad as well.. They completed that work at NO CHARGE to me as it should have been diagnosed originally. Never had that experience anywhere. Paul and Mike in the service were fantastic. I was already committed to them for all my car needs but I feel compelled to pass this experience on to others because there is no better place to go for car needs!! I'm not one to write reviews but I just had to after this experience....Jack F More
