Rethinking my earlier posting I left a scathing posting earlier because I was told that the battery which is having issues would not be replaced under warranty. I have had my vehi I left a scathing posting earlier because I was told that the battery which is having issues would not be replaced under warranty. I have had my vehicle less than a year and even if it was not covered by the Jeep factory warranty, or the extended warranty I purchased I thought for sure every battery comes with at least a 1 year warranty. I just received a call from Brian Mountain and he was very apologetic and is ordering a brand new Mopar battery for me and will install it at no charge. My faith in Bourne's has been restored. More

From the first minute, when Tanya had my car ready to go for a test drive, before I even got there, to Carlos, who worked his tail off to get me the financing I needed, despite my far less than perfect credit history, I can't begin to tell you how impressed, and grateful I am with the level of service from Bournes. Each time we bought a car, it was a unique experience. This time was no exception. Everybody at Bourne's was easy to deal with right from the start. Our salesman, John Benner, was polite and easy to talk to. We already had two cars in mind when we walked in, a Chrysler town and country and a Honda odyssey, and John was happy to show us just those two cars He didn't try to push a different car on us with old sleazy car salesmen tactics but was more than willing to show us both cars even as one was located at a satellite lot After test driving both we decided on the Honda odyssey. We brought in a trade which the techs at Bourne's went through and gave us a great price for. The best part of our experience was John asked us if we wanted to take the new car that day. That was something that I didn't even think was possible, but it was. Within two hours of walking in the door, we drove out in our new (used) car with smiles on our faces and no regrets or feelings like we got screwed. The best car buying experience we have ever had hands down! More
