Great Customer Service! I've been using Bourne's for all my car maintenance and repairs for the past few years. I always go through Brian Mountain. My car was towed there on Christmas Eve and I decided it was time to purchase a new car. With the help of Brian I was able to buy a newer model low mileage car. Bournes continues to shine for a thrid time This is the third time we've purchased a vehicle from Bournes over the page 7+ years and each time we've had the best customer experience as well as s This is the third time we've purchased a vehicle from Bournes over the page 7+ years and each time we've had the best customer experience as well as some of the best prices. Our prior two cars (a 2001 BMW and a 2007 BMW) were in great shape and we only had to put normal maintainence into them (knock on wood). We just traded in the 2001 (receiving a very fair price from Bournes, another plus). John Benner was very helpful and went over many of the choices we had available (as we test drove several vehicles). Based on the experiences we've had over the years (and the reason why we keep coming back), I would highly recommend working with Bournes if you're in the market for a "new to you" vehicle. They take the pressure out of the experience and do everything possible to match you with a vehicle you'll love. More

I've worked for a few car dealers throughout my career in both service and collision departments. i am intimately familiar with how new and used car dealerships operate. In my opinion Bournes Auto has by far the best approach to how this should be done. No sales pressure, and no pricing games. allows the purchase to be very straight forward. and the cars sell themselves. The Quality of the inventory and selection as well as the ability to use their website to look at specific vehicles and identify exactly what your looking. i went to Bournes Auto and already knew the car i was going to purchase. Sales rep David Pair was very approachable and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. More
General Manager was outstanding-Outstanding Customer Service I have never written a review before but felt compelled to write about my first experience at Bourne's, especially with the General Manager Mike Kelle I have never written a review before but felt compelled to write about my first experience at Bourne's, especially with the General Manager Mike Kelley. Purchased a Volvo XC90 end of October 2014. Had followed this vehicle from a previous dealership when it was sold to Bourne's. It had a few mechanical issues when I test drove at previous dealership and when I first test drove it at Bourne's it still had the same issues but they were in process of servicing it. I informed the salesperson that I was interested but wanted the issues to be resolved. When I returned to test drive vehicle again the salesperson had given his notice and was no longer working there. The vehicle still had a few issues after second test drive and there had been miscommunication from the saleperson in regards to the transaction. So I reached out to Mike Kelley General Manager via email. Mike responded to my email within 10 minutes even though it was after hours and informed me he would look into the issues and get back to me. Mike did get back to me the next day and proceeded to go above and beyond my expectations as a manager of a dealership. He did everything he could do to make sure that I was going to be happy with the vehicle and the transaction. He kept me updated on everything that was being done and responded to any inquiries I had. He even test drove the vehicle several times himself. When I returned for a third test drive, he drove with me and when there was a vibration during high speed driving he made sure the service department went through it again, got another pair of new tires and had a high speed balance. He then drove the vehicle down to a place halfway between my home and dealership to have me test drive it again and to make sure I was completely satisfied. There was no pressure tactics. He was very professional. This experience showed what kind of person he is and that Bourne's truly values their customers and their reputation. This more than made up for the initial inconvenience that I experienced and I would highly recommend Bourne's to anyone looking for a great customer experience. Mike followed through with everything he said he was going to do. It's easy to provide good customer service to a customer when everything goes right but when things don't go perfectly the response and how its handled is what counts and I give Bourne's and Mike Kelly 5 stars. I am very happy with my vehicle. More
