We were greeted by a professional representative at Bourne who made us feel very comfortable with the process of the sale. David was very respectful of our requests and patient with my wifes request for time to have a private discussion regarding the figures of the sale. We first saw the vehicle on autotrader.com and thought it also was represented exactly as it was. We found this dealership online and purchased an '06 Murano at a great price. My husband and I worked with Gerard and he was very friendly, and pleasant to work with.
