I have been bringing my car to your service center since I bought it in 2019. I have never had a bad experience until the last two times. This time I was extremely disappointed because a mechanic locked my I bought it in 2019. I have never had a bad experience until the last two times. This time I was extremely disappointed because a mechanic locked my keys in my car and messed up my rear tire. Al was great about handling the situation, but the people on his team leave much to be desired. The tire pressure issue could have injured myself and my son while we were out on Saturday after my car was supposedly fixed. We got home and the pressure was down to 16! Having to bring the car back in less than 24 hours is ridiculous. Do better. More

Visited Bowditch Ford Newport News on Aug 17, 2025 for an F-150 listed at $57–58k. Manager tried to push a $75k “real price” on a handwritten sheet, said online prices “don’t apply,” then tore it up in front F-150 listed at $57–58k. Salesman bragged “I know the game” instead of explaining. Classic bait-and-switch, intimidation, and disrespect. BBB gives them a D- for a reason. Hope the owners wake up and teach their staff some manners. We were not intimidated and this review will not come down. More
