This was my first experience with Bowditch but I can say that it will not be my last! I started out on line and Walter was quick to respond to my inquiry and very consious of my work schedule as far as sce that it will not be my last! The salesman was excellent, very personable and friendly and informative. All the puliminary work, pricing, offerer, trade in, loan approval was completed before we arrived Friday so only final paperwork n and informative. The whole experience was excellent except the extended wait for the lady offering undercoating, paint and interior protection. Much too long a wait. No offer for a drink, etc. while waiting. Saleman kept appologizng for the wait as the person we were to see was tied up with other customers. I guess there was only 1 person that does this...? We were there from 1435-1710. Otherwise it was an excellent experience and we will certainly come back for our next car. More
