Horrible experience lies and games nothing was real the was the same as brand new on a five year old vehicle!!!!! When I brought my vehicle in for service at the main store my vehicle was in and out in under an hour! When it was done my service advisor explained to me that everything went fine with my oil change an store my vehicle was in and out in under an hour! Long story short,whenever they say we'll have to give you a call tommorrow, they never do, this is what burns my ... It's mainly the managers that don't give a you know what, why should they waste their time with us when they can make a sale off of the next person and put less work into it. I finally had to send the general manager,Casey an email and let him know what I thought. He was decent enough to get in touch with me. All of these dealerships are alike in my opinion. They pay for these big advertising campaigns to get people into their dealers but in the end they all do business the same. Most of them are all in bed with the banks anyway. It's nice to know everyday is a new day and new oppritunity to get our new car. More

3 Month old F150 with a dead battery three times. I hoped to be able to wait on it while serviced but was told by AL that this was not possible. I purchased my vehicle from Bowditch in 2004 and have been getting it serviced there since. Very friendly department. Al is great. He recomends what needs to be done and what can wait.
