The initial sale was fast. The car needed maintenance, which at that point I felt like it wasn't of any importance to the dealership to make sure that I was satisfied received The car needed maintenance, which at that point I felt like it wasn't of any importance to the dealership to make sure that I was satisfied received a car and it wasn't detailed, nor did it have gas in it, and the sunroof was also broken, which I was told it would be fixed never got fixed More

Bowditch went out of their way to quickly diagnose the check engine light and order parts. It was fixed correctly in a timely manner. The only complaint I have is, they don’t have loaner or rental cars av check engine light and order parts. It was fixed correctly in a timely manner. The only complaint I have is, they don’t have loaner or rental cars available which I paid extra for on my Ford extended service plan. More
