Didn't do the work asked and found other stuff that wasn't needed in order to pass inspection. Oil change was done when not requested (previous was 3 months ago!) and they wouldn't check requested syst wasn't needed in order to pass inspection. There are multiple levels of issues, communication from service advisor is difficult. He does not call or return calls, the other advisors won’t help just transfer you your advisor. When you get an answer service advisor is difficult. He does not call or return calls, the other advisors won’t help just transfer you your advisor. When you get an answer about why it takes so long for service to be done, they say only half of the technicians showed up for work. When the work is done they never really fully complete it, such as not resetting oil life. More
