Bowditch Ford - Service Center

Service as usual was great. The only issue was with the pick-up process. It was scheduled for 8:30 am, but I did not receive a call about pick up until ~10 am and pick-up didn't The only issue was with the pick-up process. I'm just glad the shop was as efficient as usual and the they still had my truck back to me before 3 pm. More

Complete disappointment with my last service visit. Tristan checked me in and was great as always. It went downhill after that. He questioned me when I told him I had bought a maintenance plan and that my oil changes were already paid for. A quick check on his computer and he handed me the keys and said “there you go”. Totally unprofessional!! More
