Absolutely incredible experience at Bozard Ford purchasing a used car. I worked with Hayden who has got to be the best salesman in the industry. I found the car I was looking for on-line and Bozard purchasing a used car. I worked with Hayden who has got to be the best salesman in the industry. I found the car I was looking for on-line and Bozard Ford is a little bit of a drive for me so I wanted to handle as much thru electronic communication as possible. Hayden was extremely communicative throughout the whole process and shot videos for me to see both inside and outside, without asking sent me videos on any potential flaws which buying a used car there will be the occasional door ding or scratch etc. to be expected but nothing would be more angering than taking the time to drive a distance to discover there were flaws that I could not live with & was not aware of ahead of time. Pictures and videos are not the same as in person. Hayden and I also worked out pricing which was extremely fair and did not feel I was getting the short end of the stick or under any high pressure etc. This way when I made the drive down to inspect the car it was only a formality that once the vehicle met my expectations it was just a matter of writing the check. When I arrived at the dealership it has a nice energetic vibe and people open the door for you etc. Music playing, kind of made me want to look for the bar btw there's a great Ford themed restaurant right next door that has cold beer and great food!! Such a great concept and a way to not sit in a boring waiting area if your car is being serviced etc. The car was parked right out front when we arrived. Went for a test drive and Hayden was super informative as with new cars there are so many electronic options it's like learning new software programs so he was able to point out a lot of features etc. The car met my expectations so now it was just a matter of paying for it. This is the part of the car buying experience I do not like, going to the F&I office, I'm in sales so I understand the process etc and warranties and extra packages can be beneficial for some but not for me so usually it takes a bit of back and forth to get the F&I manager to get it that I'm not going to be a sale. Unfortunately, I do not remember the finance managers name but he was great! He of course offered the warranties etc, doing his job but did not pressure me in anyway once I declined so it was electronically signing many documents of course but I might have been in his office 10- 15 minutes. What a refreshing experience and pleasant, the best F&I visit I've ever had in a dealership. Met Hayden afterwards and he said they were detailing the car so the wife and I decided to grab some dinner next door at the Ford restaurant- as mentioned so convenient right next door. Hayden texted me while we in the restaurant letting me know the car was ready. I told you he is extremely communicative Hayden could have easily handed me the keys and said here you go but instead we went out to the car and he explained a lot of the settings and features to me. I bought a BMW and you would have thought he worked for BMW with his knowledge of the car. Bozard sells all makes of used cars so a lot of times the sales staff may not know everything about all brands. Bozard Ford is an incredible dealership the best experience I've ever had at a dealership. As someone that works in management you can tell the owners have a great leadership style as the top determines the attitude and experience of the business. I walked away with such a positive experience that I cannot say enough good things about Hayden and Bozard Ford. More
