I just wanted to say how very pleased I am with my experience at Bozard Ford. I was interested in the Lincoln Nautilus and came across Bozard while searching online. I received a quick response from Brian, who immediately provided helpful information about the vehicle. I let him know we would be there Sunday at 12, and he had the car ready and waiting for us. What really stood out to me was that Brian handled everything from start to finish. Usually at dealerships, you end up working with multiple people, but Brian stayed with us through the entire process and always kept me informed about what was going on. To make the experience even better, the car was delivered directly to my home. Jack delivered it and took the time to explain everything to me thoroughly. This was truly the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. I would absolutely recommend Bozard Ford to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.
