Fantastic experience overall. I've been in sales and sales management for over 25 years, and Tim and Zach were first class. I had a not so great experience at another dealership I've been in sales and sales management for over 25 years, and Tim and Zach were first class. I had a not so great experience at another dealership that morning, so I drove down to Bozard and it was a superior experience from the minute I walked in. They have a huge selection of cars to choose from and Tim was very helpful in narrowing down my selection to the one that best fit our needs, and he was very personable while we waited on my trade-in appraisal. Zach gave me an above and beyond type experience with the campus tour showing me the auto shop, the Ford restaurant, and even bought me a drink. They came back with a very fair trade-in offer and we quickly settled on a price, finished up my paperwork, and helped me get everything set up electronically in my new car. There were even two staff members opening the door for everyone as they came and left which was a nice touch. And the icing on the top was when I was leaving onto the main road with my new car, Zach was behind me and honked and waved as he went by. Very well done all around! More
