Terrible Service Department I bought a used 2023 f150. On the test drive it smelled bad and I was told that it would be scheduled for a smell treatment. After one week I had to tell them no one had f150. On the test drive it smelled bad and I was told that it would be scheduled for a smell treatment. After one week I had to tell them no one had called me to schedule. Finally received text appnt was available. I immediately texted back asking for appointments, called and left a message because no one available. I finally receive a text the next day saying sorry for no call but there is appointment for next morning. I immediately texted back that works for me. No response until the evening that just says it is scheduled. I drop off my truck and ask for the in cabin air filter to be replaced because that might be part of the smell problem. I was told all the filters had already been replaced during the blue certification process. I pick up my truck and it smells like strong air freshener. I assume everything worked out. The next time I drive my truck for extended time. I started sneezing alot and I notice a stink mixed with the air freshener smell. When I get home that night, I pull the in cabin air filter and it is n filthy with leaves dirt and clearly has never been changed. It also has a car air freshener that is cut into strips and placed in the folds of the filter. I check the other air filter under the hood and it was also dirty. More
