It is hard to believe there are still service departments that go above and beyond to make sure issues and work with you to insure a quality service. We were in the middle of a trip they had people help take all our luggage and transfer it to a loaner so we could continue on our vacation then return a week later and transfer back to our vehicle so we could go back home. So many of people in the service department worked with us and it happened so fast I don't even remember all of them. Job well done. More
