This is my second purchase from Bozard Lincoln & this time it was a new 2022 Lincoln Corsair. I was very fortunate to get a great sales representative in John "Jack" Michie. Mr. Michie was great to wor time it was a new 2022 Lincoln Corsair. I was very fortunate to get a great sales representative in John "Jack" Michie. Mr. Michie was great to work with guiding me expertly through the whole process. I had a lot of questions & he provided me with all the answers. I have dealt with many sales reps in the past but Mr. Michie was the best in response time and in pointing out all the options that were available. He either called or texted me whenever I asked about the car or cars that I was interested in and was patient & helpful in my selection. I appreciate that he was there from beginning to end to make my purchase very enjoyable. I hope to do business with him again. I also would like to thank Tyler for all his excellent assistance in going over everything in my new Corsair & familiarizing me with the instrumentation and setting up my phone. The great people at Bozard Ford Lincoln have done it again! With the very recent death of a family member, I decided best to trade in my 2020 Ford Fusion for a low mileage, previously-owned Ford Escape. again! With the very recent death of a family member, I decided best to trade in my 2020 Ford Fusion for a low mileage, previously-owned Ford Escape. Circumstances were such that I needed to do it right away - as in today! I had recently purchased a new Ford Maverick for my wife and knew that the folks at Bozard would again take care of everything - and fast. To top it all off, a different family member was in a very serious car accident early the very morning on the day that I needed to get this done. (Side note: he is okay and the accident was not his fault). So I really needed help. Not only did Adam Williams, Frank Serverius and Rick Garcia come through again, but they are delivering the Escape to my home tomorrow (just as they did with the Maverick...which my wife loves, by the way) and the entire deal was done over the phone. Plus, they are taking my Fusion back to the store with my signed paperwork after leaving the Escape with me. I should also mention that I live 30 miles from Bozard Ford Lincoln. When Bozard says they treat people like family, they mean it. Because they do. It's not merely buying a car or truck with Bozard, it's simply good people taking care of other people. They are amazing and I can never thank them enough! More
