We have shopped other locations before going to Bozard Ford., and the expression saved the best for last was very true in this case. I was referred to see Rick Garcia by a coworker. He hand selected Gevin Pile to work with us on picking out the right car. AGAIN another awesome match. Gevin was on point to our needs, our request, and listen to the things we didnt want. He was never pushy nor did he ever seem like it was a big commison day like others would or did. He knew his stuff and even made suggestions, and mentioned sales and promos that would benefit us. When we took a few vehicles for a test drive, he was still very attentive to us. He met us in the parking with keys in hand for us to try and decide. He pretty much saw that we had pick one and knew it was the right one. It too was a good match. Between Rick and Gevin, we had a very easy car buying process and a far better experience then we ever thought for a dealership. I was originally drawn in to the Bozard Ford location through Kelly Blue Book. I could not be happier with my decision to choice this location. From the second I pulled onto the lot I was greeted with ki through Kelly Blue Book. I could not be happier with my decision to choice this location. From the second I pulled onto the lot I was greeted with kindness. There were multiple team members waiting to meet me and make my experience easy. My team member was Austyn Laude. He was extremely welcoming and pilot. Throughout the experience I never felt pressured to have my credit pulled. He asked a lot of questions and I felt that he was understanding of our budget and never pushed us into something that we weren't ready for. Rick Garcia was the fiance agent that we worked. He laid everything out for us very simply. He also worked really hard to get us the best rate and package possible. The car that I purchased had low tire preassure due to the cold weather, CJ made it known that we were able to go to the quick lanes on location to make sure that we were 100% satisfied when driving off the lot.
