The staff at Bozard are the most professional and courteous individuals in the automotive business. I have purchased dozens of cars over the years and Bozard has been my best experience. I purchased a Transit last year for my growing family and have been amazed what a great experience it has been. I just went back this week and purchased TWO new cars. One for our daughter headed to Grad School and one for our son headed to College. John Mott was top of the line in his advice and assistance and Rick Garcia is the master of all masters in working the best deal for me and my family. I can not say enough about my positive experiences at Bozard Ford. More

Faster than expected I came in with a problem I couldn't identify, and they had the answer for me within a couple of hours. There was another issue that I needed to have f I came in with a problem I couldn't identify, and they had the answer for me within a couple of hours. There was another issue that I needed to have fixed as well. They needed a part, and it was Friday afternoon, so they told me that it would be done on Monday night. The car was done by 9:30 am. Great Job Contacted the dealership by phone and talked with Frank Serverius. Told Frank when I would be there and what I wanted to look at. The Explorer Sport Contacted the dealership by phone and talked with Frank Serverius. Told Frank when I would be there and what I wanted to look at. The Explorer Sport was ready for my test drive when I arrived. We went over the numbers and had a deal in no time at all. Rick Garcia closed the deal with me and I was on my way home. I just picked up the Explorer today and I am very happy with my choice. Frank and Rick where very professional, knowledgeable and personable. I would not hesitate to recommend family and friends to go and see Frank and Rick. All in all the Team did an outstanding job. Bozard Ford should be proud of these two employees. Great Job! 30,000 mile service Everyone was friendly and professional. I had an appointment and they took my vehicle back in a timely manor. When they brought my vehicle back out to me, I did notice the steering wheel was a like dirty. It wasn’t until I got home that I noticed there were oily hand prints all across the grill, along the left front fender and on the drivers side door. I understand that an oil change is not a clean job but, It was disappointing that they did clean up after and before handing it back to me. More
