And going over the out the door price we had agreed upon thanks to Sams Club and a great price on the last year model, $9k off MSRP! Nick was great did not react badly to us paying in cash and did not try to sell us on anything but the first party Ford protect the warranty. He also helped us find an old tag to transfer and us getting are cash in order. The facility was awesome and it will be great to see again for service! And definitely one of the best dealerships in northeast Florida and I know we looked at most of them! More

I moved to St. Augustine, FL 12 years ago and immediately turned to the Bozard Quick Lane team to service my Lincoln MKS, the 6th or 7th Lincoln that I have owned over the last 20 years. When I was ready to replace my MKS, I dealt exclusively with Bozard's Lincoln sales team and was extremely happy. The 2013 MKS that I purchased at that time has been carefully serviced by the QuickLane team. It has been driven 143,000 miles and is in perfect condition. Upon my 75th birthday, I decided that I would purchase my dream car of many years, a Mustang GT convertible. That, too, has been serviced by Bozard's QuickLane team. We use that car for road trips. It is a dream come true, all fun, and great performance. I have been paying attention to the Lincoln Continental since the announcement of that model. When I learned that the Continental was being discontinued, I made up my mind to purchase one of the last Continentals. I had owned a 1966 Continentatal convertible which I lost in a divorce, vowing to replace that beautiful car when I could. Two weeks ago, I drove to the Bozard Lincoln showroom which I had visited many times looking at Continentals and chose a beautiful 2019 Continental Black Label. Negotiating with the Bozard sales team was non-confrontational and professional. It's a great car purchased at a fair price. I have required help understanding the technology which is "state of the art" and was assisted by an informed young man who answered all of my questions and patiently taught me the nuances of the technological devices which turned out to be very easy to use once explained. The experience could not have been more pleasant, and I could not be more pleased with the experience or my new car. More
