While visiting family in Jax, FL, we traveled to St Augustine and noticed a large Lincoln dealer nearby. Ashley Smith greeted us, answered all our questions and got us in a vehicle to drive. Once we selected colors and options (of which there were many to choose from), she walked us through the purchase process quickly and efficiently knowing we had limited time to spend at the dealership. After negotiating price, the car was delivered to where we were staying at Jax beach. Ashley is a true professional and more importantly, a wonderful personality.
