Was a real pleasure doing business with these guys. Next time I'm in the market for a new or used car, this will be the first dealership I will call. Here is the scoop on the transaction. Sunday I found the car I wanted on their web site. I texted them to see if was available. Within minutes they responded that it was. I asked what the price would be for a cash purchase. Much to my surprise they quoted me nearly an exact figure. Every other dealership hemmed and hawed. Wanted me to come in to negotiate. I agreed to Bozart's price. It was definitely lower than my local dealership who wanted to charge me thousands for things I did not want or need. I made a deposit with my credit card. The next day they wrote up the papers. On Tuesday they had a driver deliver the car to my door 250 miles away. The driver came down with his daughter in a chase car. They were super nice and courteous and hand delivered the title and other paperwork. The dad and his daughter were on the road for over 10 hours so I made sure to give them an appropriate gratuity. First, let me start off by saying that Jordan and Tom at Bozard are some of the most kind and humble people I have ever met. I was in a terrible credit situation, my trade-in barely ran, but somehow Jordan Bozard are some of the most kind and humble people I have ever met. Jordan continued to look for a car months after I even expressed interest in buying a car from him, and he continued to call me time after time with different vehicles until we found the right one, Tom was able to make a few calls around to help me get approved on my car and I will forever be thankful for these two. I now have a reliable source of transportation, I can visit my family, and I can get to work! These two deserve more than a 5 star rating!!!!!!! More

I took my Ford F-250 to Bozard Ford in St Augustine for a damaged tire Our Quick Lane Advisor Sonya Miller looked the tire over as well as the other 3. I have nothing but amazing things to say about this dealership! My process started in early July when I went to the dealership to see if they had the new Ford Bronco Sport. They didn’t have one on the lot, but I was introduced to Geoff Gallagher and he was kind enough to show me all of the ins and outs of his personal Bronco Sport! Within 2 weeks I placed my order and was assigned Tyler Anderson to be my sales person while my car was being built. He kept me up to date in every aspect of the process and was even kind enough to answer my text messages when he was on vacation. Towards the end of my build time I expressed some finance related questions and anxieties I had to Tyler and he set up a phone call to discuss all of this with one of the finance managers. Tyler and Rick Garcia called me one morning and they took 30 minutes of of their day to answer all of my questions and put my mind at ease about the entire process. The day my car came in I was greeted by Tyler and Rick and not only were they just as excited as I was that my car was there, but they made the car buying process effortless and seamless!
