He always welcomes me by name which is a hard thing to do when you meet as many people a day as he does and he always goes the extra mile to make sure I'm squared away quickly and correctly. Rick Garcia is also just amazing with me and my family. If he see's me he always tracks me down to check on how my vehicles and all of my families vehicles are doing and just genuinely cares about the customers happiness, what an awesome asset to your company. When it comes to Christian Clark, I think they sewed a permit smile on this mans face. What a great human being, I dont think I have ever seen this mans face when he wasn't smiling like the Cheshire Cat from Alice in Wonderland. Repairs Needed While On Vacation We were on vacation when an animal got inside the motor area and caused major damage to the radiator fan. We had to have the repairs made and needed to get our vehicle back quickly. Ms. Allison was a great help to us. She ordered parts quickly and got our car back within 48 hours. We know she had to have placed us at the top of her repair list due to our circumstances. For this we are so grateful! My whole family drives Ford products. Exceptional even before we walked into the dealership We live in Jax, so we called to make sure the suv that we saw online was available. Tischler took our call. From that moment, the customer service was exceptional. Tischler not only took the time to physically locate the suv but go around the car inside and out and give it a rating before we made the trip. We drove to St. Augustine, Tischler was available as soon as we arrived. He took us on a test drive, explained the suv even though a brand not sold at the dealership. We were able to put a deal together that afternoon. We came the next morning to pick up out new to us Nissan Rogue. It was detailed perfectly. The staff from the front desk to finance was great too. Tire leak I had purchased new tires a couple months ago, and recently have had to put air in 1 of my tires. I decided to take it in to service to get looked at I had purchased new tires a couple months ago, and recently have had to put air in 1 of my tires. I decided to take it in to service to get looked at once my tire pressure light came on again. Kevin immediately greeted me and took my car in, no questions asked. When they were able to look at it, I ended up having a small leak where they patched it up for me and sent me on my way. Always top notch service at Bozard. Thanks again!! More
