oil change I brought my BMW in for oil change. The techs did not have right tool to remove oil filter so could not replace it, but they did do oil change . They I brought my BMW in for oil change. The techs did not have right tool to remove oil filter so could not replace it, but they did do oil change . They told me what they planned to do in advance with the understanding I would bring my car back in when I got off work today to do new filter. I went in at 4 pm. and they immediately put oil filter on. ( apparently another tech did have right tool) It really was not much of an inconvenience since it was on my way home from work. More
