I had no money to put down, although I did have an older car to trade-in, but still, what are the chances of walking into a lot and getting the car of your dreams, without a hassle in sight. Well that is my entire experience in a nutshell, I have never written a review before, but I have some praising to do, and it is only fair that I share. Ryan Davis,, where do I begin, from my first inquiry about buying a car from Bozard over the phone, to you getting on your hands and knees to put the license plate on our new car. Your professionalism and transparency is literally only the icing on the cake. Never have me and my husband, felt so genuinely taken care of every step of the way! We walked into Bozard, he was front and center, told him what car we wanted, he handed us the keys for a spin, we discussed our situation, including the max we wanted to get financed, and within minutes, the papers were in our hands. The final step was closing the deal, and Mr Garcia was just a straightforward as everyone else we had came in contact with. It is literally almost to good to be true, but it's the truth REVIEWS DONT LIE, and I want to thank everyone before me who took the time to share their experiences. New Explorer purchase Fast Service. I sent an email to Ron Sterling about possibly turning in my 2014 Explorer Sport lease early and selling me a new 2017 Sport as I saw on Fast Service. I sent an email to Ron Sterling about possibly turning in my 2014 Explorer Sport lease early and selling me a new 2017 Sport as I saw one that had all the options that I wanted. He got back with me by the end of the day and said he could work out a deal taking in my old lease and me buying the new 2017 Explorer Sport that was loaded with all the options I wanted and the color I picked. I told him a night that I could do the purchase and he agreed on that night. I went there and turned in the old Explorer and picked up the new one. I love the changes they did on the new 2017 Explorer. I saw Rick Garcia to sign the papers and he took care of the insurance swap and all the purchase details. I told them I will be back in 3 years to get another after this lease is over as I like a car with low mileage. Henry Rowe took are of the old lease turn in. Great bunch of guys. More

Very accomadating I Live an hour away in port orange so getting to Bozard is a bit of a drive but well worth it as I feel like a customer when I am at Bozard. My local Lincoln dealer Gary Yeomanns is very standoffish and judgemental. When you look at a car but just got off work and are in your dirty workclose, it doesn't mean I cant afford a Lincoln. That's stereo typing and it isn't right. The only issue I had was that after having my car for a week (brought Monday night and Picked up Friday night) to get parts in and do all the repairs I left the lot and still could not get my touch screen to work. I suggest that after parts are added to a touch screen device that the technician do a screen calibration to make sure buttons line up on screen, not fall off screen. I discovered the sequence online and did it myself and now everything works perfect. Other than that everyone at Bozard is great. Thank you George Alexiou More
