I arrived early for my appointment but they took my vehicle in anyway. I'm impressed with their use of technology (text and net) to keep me informed about my vehicle's status while being serviced. My vehicle runs like new now, but to be fair, it actually is still new (@ 8,000 miles on it). If this is the kind of service one can always expect, then I'll return in the future. More
