This service department is beyond awesome...in fact, simply calling them a great place to get maintenance completed would be selling them short. I actually look forward to coming in, and I schedule my service for when they open, and that's early. My wife drives a Toyota mini van, and after years of going to Toyota for maintenance we now take her van her as well...they are simply awesome. Professional, knowledgeable and great people that make you feel like your at home. More

Last year when we got the oil change everything went well until I returned to my home dealer (Bob Shope Ford, Elizabethtown, KY) and when I got my next oil change was told that I had a stripped oil plug from the last oil chance service. That had to be your dealership. It was only 11 bucks to replace, but still it didn't sit well. Obviously not enough not to go back to your dealership because you're the only one in the area. This time it appeared to go well. I'll let you know this time if I have another stripped oil plug. More

Hiccups A few hiccups but all were resolved. Took a long time to get my extra key and even longer to get the vehicle delivery checklist. I made one trip from A few hiccups but all were resolved. Took a long time to get my extra key and even longer to get the vehicle delivery checklist. I made one trip from Jax that was wasted time. After the sale I was supposed to go back for the extra key and the completed checklist and when I got there they were not ready. My salesman was not there and no one knew anything about it. That was frustrating because I only had a short break from work so I rushed down there for nothing. And I was given some misinformation about how to obtain the extra key and checklist. However it was all resolved and I love my new car. I feel I got a fair deal and they worked with me on the sale. The sale was a good experience. More
