I call John Ramirez into the office to lessen the nonsense but I was just ready to accept because I knew I could get it refinanced if I chose. My first review was not taken as genuine concerns but looked upon as I am the one with the issue . Why do I need to drive 60 miles round trip when there are 4 Ford dealers much closer. In the past my dealings with Bozard were straight forward and honest so the seating didn't bother me too much. After this experience your just like all the rest . I feel for John who might not get my sale in the future because of experience outside Johns control . I was told if I don't give a five the salesman takes the hit so that's why you get a five but to be honest John Ramirez might be your only reason I come back. You cannot get mad at me being honest, I am the customer . More

I would rather have a root canal than buy a car -- seriously. The team at Bozard Ford made buying my new (used) Fusion an absolute pleasure! Everyone -- especially my salesman, Stephen and finance guy, Joseph -- was friendly, knowledgable, professional and a true joy to work with. I had just purchased a brand new vehicle from another dealership in town and needed to trade it due to personal reasons. They were able to trade it, get me into a vehicle more suited for me and all of this was done a very prompt time frame. Everyone was so personable, friendly and willing to help. Bozard Does It Right! I was in the market or a pre-owned car and wound up at Bozard Ford Lincoln and I'll never go anywhere else. The experience was perfect...high quality cars, fairly priced. The process was flawless...I drove the car for 20 minutes, agreed on pricing and terms in 10 minutes and financing was completed in 30. One hour from start to happy owner! Well done! More
Disappointed several times Having purchased my Lincoln MKX at Bozard, I must say that their sales team is wonderful. We special ordered it, knowing that we wanted certain featur Having purchased my Lincoln MKX at Bozard, I must say that their sales team is wonderful. We special ordered it, knowing that we wanted certain features offered by Lincoln for 2016. However, we have had issues with the service department from the very beginning. Issues include: cooled seats (which initially the service dept. said was working as intended), the headlamp system (again, initially brushed off by the service dept. saying they couldn't duplicate the message that displayed on the dash - even though I had a picture that included the mileage), the environment module, the warning system for impacts, the headrest came apart, the pillar covering was coming off, window felt was not on correctly and was bunched up; and all this on a car with less than 5500 miles. As stated, the service dept. denied that there was anything wrong with the seat not cooling. It took me showing them how a working seat felt when on cool before they took the car (had it for 2 weeks as they eventually also finally realized that the headlamp system was flashing error codes). They did replace the entire headlamp system as directed by Lincoln. Seat still not working properly, but at that point I took the car from Bozard. I then took it to a different dealership that actually fixed the seat. Upon my request, my husband and I met with head of service and a member of management while I listened to them tell me how to adjust the non-working seat to get the maximum cooling that Lincoln intended. It has been in the shop for the headlamp system again, and parts were ordered for the headrest, pillar and window. We had to leave town before all of the parts even came in, the parts were on order for 2 weeks. One of the parts that came in and was supposedly replaced, still looks exactly the way it looked before being replaced. Marcia Nelson, our service rep, is kind, understanding and has always done her best to make things right. But it has to be difficult for her to constantly cover for an inadequately performing service department. As much as the issues are Lincoln issues, the service to repair and/or replace parts is what I am having a hard time with at Bozard. To be told that issues are not really issues, and to be told that repairs were made when they weren't, just doesn't seem professional. More

Great dealership Rear dome light on my new explorer would not go off. I drove to the dealership with no appointment.. I initially went to the quick lane as I am used Rear dome light on my new explorer would not go off. I drove to the dealership with no appointment.. I initially went to the quick lane as I am used to dealing with them. They checked for a setting problem and then sent me to Marsha. Marsha was able to get my vehicle in fairly quickly and they found and corrected the problem. I have used a Bozard for service on my 2004 explorer since I moved to st Augustine in 2010. The great service I have received during this time is why I purchased my new explorer from them. I even received a "free" hug card from Marsha More
