First Service on Lincoln I purchased my Lincoln MKZ at Bozard. They treated us like family from the start. I serviced my new car a few days ago because my front right tire blew out. The service was great. I was impressed when I got in my car that they had completely cleaned and vacuumed my car. When I got home I took a closer look at my tire replacement and was disappointed that my wheel had rubber tire marks from the blow out. I was disappointed that the service man didn't take the time to clean the wheel. Other than that, they did a terrific job. More

Car lost all power when on a return home trip I called for service on a Friday a.m. after our vehicle barely got home, having stalled and then had no power whatsoever. My service rep, Jeff Sparks I called for service on a Friday a.m. after our vehicle barely got home, having stalled and then had no power whatsoever. My service rep, Jeff Sparks ,said that even though they had a bag log from the previous day to bring it in so that he could see what could be done. The problem was identified as a Throttle Control gone bad (car had only 7600 miles), and they were able to correct the problem and get the car back by early afternoon. I am pretty happy with this kind of response for an emergency situation and I thank Jeff for his successful efforts to get us rolling again. More
