However the used car guy who valued my trade in was not reasonable; after initially low balling my trade in value I was forced to go to Carmax, who provide an offer of $3000 highher. After providing documentaion of the Carmax offer, he refused to match and still came in $1200 short. So instead of 1 stop shopping, i had to go to Carmax to trade in my vehicle; just a lot of wasted time and energy.............. More

This was covered by the 8 year/80,000 mile warranty on my truck. Always, a great experience at Bozard! More

The staff were the most informed about t After buying many cars over a 60 year period I have to say this was the most pleasant buying experience ever. The staff were the most informed about their product that I have ever encountered and their happy attitude showed that they truly enjoyed their job. Of course they are there to sell cars but I also felt they wanted me to be pleased and confident with my decision. Carlos seemed to know exactly what I was looking for and when it came to signing all the paperwork Rick was extremely helpful with explaining all the fine points of the extended warranties that are available on a pre-owned vehicle. Because of his help and advice I elected to extend the bumper to bumper warranty. This makes for a really stress less driving experience.
