Unable to find the keys, he asked if I could wait until the keys arrived from their over night stay. I asked if I could drive another vehicle which I had viewed online and off we went. Worst Experience in my years of owning cars I purchased likely the most expensive vehicle on the lot. The first time in many years an American made vehicle. WIthin 6 mos I got 3 notices of rec I purchased likely the most expensive vehicle on the lot. The first time in many years an American made vehicle. WIthin 6 mos I got 3 notices of recalls and my sunroof would not open. It took 5 visits to get it fixed, one because they had to order a screw. I got a general letter from one of the franchise owners and when I called to let her know my experience she wouldn't take my call. I did get a call from a customer service rep. and she said she would address the issue and they had failed me on at least two occasions. She assigned me a with a new service rep and said that she dealt with the issue. She also scheduled me with a new appointment and said they would make it up to me. When I arrived it was apparent that all she did was schedule a new appointment. Each time I went in I had to rent a car as they do not provide loaners. I would never buy another car from this dealerships and have steered many potential customers away from them. They are a high volume shop who gives up on the customer after the sale. More
oil change service...beware of hidden charges! I brought my 2014 Explorer in for an oil change. The service was fast and the staff were friendly and courteous. The issue I had was the hidden extra "Shop supplies" charge that we were not aware of until we got the bill. The price quoted for the service did not include the shop supplies. We got a $49.99 oil change but were charged $22 additional for shop supplies. That is 44% of the cost of the service! Really folks...that is a lot of paper towels, etc. When I asked the service representative why so high he said the state of FL allowed the flat rate charge and that it was applied to every bill no matter what it was. That sounds more like a hidden tax to me. At least you could make the customer aware that they will be charged nearly 50% of their service price extra for paper towels and floor mats before they begin. I got my diesel truck serviced at another business in St. Augustine and the price quoted was the price paid...parts, labor and tax. I am very disappointed about the pricing here. More

Everyone there was unfailingly helpful, knowledgable and accomodating without being pushy. They listened to our needs and desires and did everything they could to make a good and fair deal with us. The dealership is also well known for being positively involved in our community. I would not and have not hesitated to work with them on multiple occassions for our vehicle needs and recommend them without reservation for lease, purchase and service. More
